TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A DISTANCE SWIM. You will be doing more swimming these next two weeks. You need to trick your body into adapting to the ever changing routine of training. Warm up 400-1000; main set 2 x 1000, holding a steady pace with 1 min. rest between; warm down 400-1000.
