Day 025 - All-around Training, Week 4

Bike (Key): Level 2, 50 minutes; Run (Key): Level 1, 15 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 50-MINUTE (L2) STATIONARY BIKE FOLLOWED BY A 15-MINUTE (L1) RUN. Warm up 15 minutes, including some one legged work. Then do 10 x 1-minute alternating easy/fast, followed by 10 x 2 minutes alternating easy/medium/fast. Warm down. Keep the run easy.
