Day 022 - All-around Training, Week 4

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 90-MINUTE (L2) BIKE. Hills: This is the beginning of a recovery week. A week that you have earned, so even if you feel great and want to go hard sometime this week, resist the urge! Allow your body the time to rejuvenate so you are ready to rip next week.
