Day 016 - All-around Training, Week 3

Run (Key): Level 3, 60 minutes        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS 60-MINUTE (L3) RUN. Hills: Your speed does not have to be that high because you will be going up hills, but your breathing should be elevated and you should be focused. Tuesdays are a great time to add a loosening swim to your routine. It is a way to recover quickly from a pounding running session, and can be of any length. You will be surprised at what a ten-minute swim will do for your muscles.
