Day 009 - All-around Training, Week 2
Run (Key): Level 2, 55 minutes

TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A RUN TEST. If possible, find a track and do 3 x 1 mile runs at 150 beats per minute. Jog easily for 3-5 minutes between miles. Record average time per mile. Record your mile times at that certain heart rate. When your fitness improves you will be able to run faster at that same low heart rate.
