TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A 60-MINUTE TRAIL RUN ON VARIED TERRAIN FOLLOWED BY A 15-MINUTE STRENGTH SESSION: The off-road running combined with the hills will help develop your overall hip and leg strength. Do 3 sets each of push-ups, pull-ups, bench dips, walking lunges, unweighted squats, wall sits, abdominal crunches, and back extensions. Exercise for 25 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat.
