Day 006 - To cardio, or not to cardio
Work that heart: get some form of cardiovascular exercise at least twice a week, for at least 30 min/session.

Tip of the Day:
Although this program focuses on strength training, it's important to realize that weights alone will not make you Superwoman. Cardiovascular activity is equally important, both for burning fat and for keeping your heart pumping efficiently. So whether you prefer to run, walk, bike, or swim, make sure to do it at least twice a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes/workout. That, in combination with this program, will put you on the road to your dream body (and, as an added bonus, chances are that you'll live longer, too!)
