YOU DESERVE A BREAK TODAY; even pro-athletes take one day a week to let their muscles recuperate (some take a whole off-season, although we don't recommend that.) So, in case your enthusiasm has got the better of you, make sure to take a full dayeach week off of both cardiovascular and strength training activities. Stretching on that day is fine, as long as you don't actually work the muscles. This will allow your body to recharge for week two: get ready for Beach Blanket Bingo!
