Day 39: Rest day. Yoga, stretching, core: Aside from staying hydrated, you need to think about race day nutrition. What can you eat on the bike that won't upset your stomach? Energy bars, carbohydrate drinks, and gels are the easiest forms of race-day nutrition. In a sprint distance triathlon, your best option is to sticking with carbohydrate beverages and gels.
