Day 36: Bike 45-55 minutes, hill repeats

Day 36: Bike 45-55 minutes and include hill repeats. Follow the same hill repeat pattern, increasing the number of repeats you complete but keeping your cadence quick and your gear low. Then head back to the gym or your home strength-training setup, and do your strength-training and core muscle exercises.
