Day 24: Swim 400 meters and run 3 miles. Today's run is a little bit longer. Continue to concentrate on your stride and on toeing off--that is, using the power in your calf muscles to push you off the ground while gliding with open hips. Imagine someone pulling you forward with a lasso around your waist as you kick a soccer ball in front of you.
