Day 057 - Race day: the run

Day 55: Rest Day        Training via ActiveMail

WEEK 8, Day 6: Rest Day. Today's race tip: During the run, remember to maintain the good running form you practiced during your training. Keep drinking; there will be water stops on the run course with volunteers to hand you drinks and encourage you. This is the last leg of your race--enjoy it! As you approach the final finish line, look up. Throw your shoulders back, hold your head up, and run across the finish line, arms held high and spread as wide as the smile on your face. You are a triathlete.
