You can hang your bike helmet from the bike and put your sunglasses inside the helmet. If you have a bike computer (cyclometer) on your bike, set the time to 00:00. Spread a towel next to your bike for your shoes (and socks if you use them). Have your race number either pinned to a tank top or singlet to wear during the bike and run, or else clip your number to a race belt and put that someplace where you can't possibly forget it, such as inside your helmet with your sunglasses.
