Day 048 - Discovering the athlete inside you

Day 46: Rest Day        Training via ActiveMail

WEEK 7, Day 4: Rest Day. It's particularly important to stretch with the increased workload. Take the time and do it right! Today's triathlon tip: Race morning continued: after you've been body-marked with your race number and age, you'll enter the swim-to-bike transition area. "Rack" your bike, which means pick a place on one of the bike racks to hang your bike up by either the saddle or handlebars. In some races you'll have an assigned spot; in others you'll just pick one that appeals to you.
