Today's run tip: The best way to learn to run efficiently is to practice. Develop a running style in which all your body motion is in a straight, forward direction. There should be no side-to-side action, and gravity should keep you low to the ground. One of the best ways to check your running form is to watch yourself run as you pass the glass windows of storefronts. Also practice breathing deeply (belly breathing). Your breaths should be full, not shallow or from the top of your lungs.
