Today's bike tip: In the triathlon itself, during the bike leg, the other cyclists assume that you'll ride in a straight line without weaving or changing direction. So, just as if you were in a car, try to keep travelling in as straight and predictable a fashion as possible -- don't make any sudden or random moves. If you do need to turn, move to the right or left, or stop, always make sure the coast is clear of other cyclists first.
