WEEK 4, Day 6: Rest Day. Sport massage is an excellent way to speed your recovery between workouts and to avoid injury. Treat yourself to one. "Our fathers are proud. Our mothers are amazed. We women are winning races, finishing marathons, training for triathlons, swimming before work, and touring on our bikes rather than in our cars. This is the year 2000 and women are into sports. There are more women in sports today than at any other time in history, and we are feeling the effects -- the enhanced self-esteem, the feelings of achievement, and the joy of excellence. What took us so long?"
