Today's swimming tip: One good reason to join a swim group is that it's hard to visualize yourself as you swim. Ask someone knowledgeable, such as a coach or fellow swimmer, to check your body positioning in the water regularly. And remember that, even more than with bicycling or running, in swimming, practice really does make perfect. The more time you spend in the water, the more you'll improve.
