WEEK 4, Day 4: Rest Day. If you haven't increased the number of situps you're doing, try to do so this week. Add 10-20 situps to the number you've been doing. Today's swimming tip: If you can join a swim group, do so. They are motivating, social, and hopefully the coach can give you good advice to help you with your stroke. If you're not sure where to find a swim group near you, check the ActiveRoute Clubs and Organizations listings (http://www.activeroute.com/active/community/local/clubs/clubs.html). You can also visit the website for United States Masters Swimming (http://www.usms.org)--don't worry, masters doesn't mean you've mastered swimming; it just means you're not a high school or college swimmer! You can also ask at your local swim or triathlon retail shop, athletic club, YMCA, etc.
