Day 16: Rest Day

WEEK 3, Day 2: Rest Day. Stretch for at least 15 minutes today. Do it on the floor while you're watching the news or reading the paper. Starting tomorrow we'll send you tips and tricks for the best ways to swim, cycle and run. We'll also talk about managing the transitions in a triathlon, which means the switch from swimming from cycling and then from cycling to running. By the time you get to the starting line you'll be confident that you know everything you need to know for the tri, if not more!
