Day 015 - An easy way to eat well

Day 13: Rest Day        Training via ActiveMail

WEEK 2, Day 6: Rest Day. Treat yourself to a hot bath, a favorite poem or your favorite music. I urge you to eat well as you train because you need quality fuel to keep you on track. I recommend the 1, 2, 3 nutritional program, which is: 1 portion of fat and 2 portions of protein for every 3 portions of complex carbohydrates. In other words, your total calorie intake should be made up of approximately 16% fat, 33% protein and 50% complex carbohydrates.
