If you're wondering how you'll fit all this training into your already full schedule, the solution is simply to set aside a certain time of day, 3-4 days per week, and call that an appointment--an appointment with your workout. It's just as important an appointment as the one with your banker, doctor, or hair stylist. Make a deal with yourself. Your training appointment cannot be broken, cannot be re-scheduled, cannot be postponed. That's the deal.
