This program requires no equipment, however, light hand weights can be used for added resistance. Wear good fitting shoes designed for the terrain you'll be working on. Protect yourself from the elements with a hat, sunscreen, and technical "moisture wicking" clothing that will keep you cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold.
