ride, run- 1:40hr, 4x alternate 8 min. ride w/ 5 min. run, 85-90%.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, Ride & Run- 1:40hr total. Alternate 8 min. ride w/ 5 min. run at 85-90%. Repeat 4 times. This workout is a good race simulation workout. Fine tune your transitions. Warm down with an easy 10 min. ride and 5 min. run. Setting a trainer by the track works well.
