Day 035 - AT, power

run- 1 hour, Hill intervals 8x2(1) 95% effort.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, Run- 1 hour. Warm up and down 20 min. easy on flats with strides. Hill intervals 8x2(1) 95% effort. All ideally on dirt. You might feel yesterday's ride in your legs. It's a bit like your legs will feel on the second run of a duathlon.
