run- 50 minutes easy w/ 5 strides

TODAY, Run- 50 minutes easy w/ 5 accelerations. After 20 minutes of easy running do 5x 20 second accelerations. Focus on good form. Hips forward and symetrical. Run another 1/2 hour easily.
