TODAY'S WORKOUT IS A LOOSEN UP--CONGRATULATIONS ON A GREAT WEEK!
Swim between 1200 and 2000 yards/meters, mixing up swimming, kicking, and pulling. Include at least 200 y/m of the same drills we have been working on this week. Emphasize what your body has learned from these drills when you are swimming and pulling: especially focus on good hip movement.
