Picture yourself doing each drill perfectly: your movements are smooth, balanced, and relaxed. Next week we will start with the exact same drill we started with this week when we work on butterfly drills--the same balance and rotation are used in both strokes!
Over the course of the week, we built you a new breaststroke, starting with the core of the body, the hips, and gradually working toward the whole stroke. We will also take this approach with breaststroke's "sister stroke", butterfly-the core of the body will always be the source of our power.
