Picture yourself doing each drill perfectly: your movements are smooth, balanced, and relaxed.
Over the course of the week, we built you a new butterfly, starting with the core of the body, the hips, and gradually working toward the whole stroke. We will also took this approach with butterfly's "sister stroke", breaststroke-the core of the body will always be the source of our power. Next week we will start back in with freestyle drills, so get ready to rotate side to side again rather than tipping front to back!
