Day 048 - Play Day

30 minute play session at level 1 intensity. Level 1 intensity = 60-70% max. HR.        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, DO A 30 MINUTE PLAY SESSION AT LEVEL 1 INTENSITY. Workout rule: this session must be some form of game or play. It can be simple as kicking a soccer ball around the field for 25 minutes or playing a game of Frisbee golf, ultimate Frisbee or soccer at lunch. Be creative.
