Day 054 - An easy run

R&R: Easy run        Training via ActiveMail

IT'S AN R&R DAY: Run easy today, and keep it under five miles. Don't do any weights today. During this week of tapering, reduce the amount of calories you take in to match the reduction in calories burned. Don't over eat to "carbo load." Just keep the percentage of carbs at 70-80% of your diet this week.
