Day 032 - Stretch a lot

CROSS-TRAIN EASY FOR 30 MINUTES, THEN LIFT WEIGHTS: Are you still including adequate stretching in your program? Don't give in to the temptation to skip your stretching as your workouts get longer. And remember that, to improve flexibility, the best (and safest) time to stretch is after your run. On your core strength work, you should be up to 120 reps. 90 reps of abs, and 30 reps of back extensions.
