CROSS-TRAIN FOR 40 MINUTES AND CORE STRENGTH: It's okay to mix up your cross training. For example, you can do 20 minutes on the bike, 10 on the stair-climbing machine, and 10 on the rowing machine. Find a combination you like! If you're sore from your core strength workout a couple of days ago, then take it easy today.
