Day 039 - More 400s!

14 x 400-meter repeats        Training via ActiveMail

TODAY, RUN 14 400-METER REPEATS: Back to the track for more intervals! Warm up, then run 14 400-meter repeats at your 10K pace. Jog 200 meters between reps to recover. As always, try not to walk at all during this session; it should be a continuous 3.5 miles. Cool down and stretch after your last 400.
