FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN UP TO 2 MILES: These days you can find a running shoe for just about any foot shape (that is, the shape of the foot itself, not "shape" in the conditioning sense). You can also get orthotic devices to help avoid or minimize many of running's physical stresses. It's important that the shoes fits your particular anatomy and running style; otherwise they can cause more problems than they fix.
