Day 016 - Go barefoot

TODAY, RUN 8-10 MILES: A level surface is normally best for form work, but use any even surface that feels good. Running barefoot on a golf course or beach gives the best biofeedback, but if you do this, you must start very slowly. Too much barefoot running too soon can cause injuries.
