For today's workout, run for 40-50 minutes:

FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT, RUN FOR 40-50 MINUTES: You can do the same thing on day five of your training week as you did on Day 3: 1 to 3 miles at your marathon goal pace -- but only if you're recovered from your workout on day 7 of the previous week. Be sure to jog slowly between each mile.
