TODAY, RUN FOR 25-35 MINUTES: People often say to themselves, "I'm exercising, so I can eat whatever I want." But you'll actually feel better (as well as burn more fat) if you pay attention to your diet. Don't just rely on the exercise. Try to notice how what you eat affects your running. Do any particular foods make you feel better or worse?
