Day 003 - Ease into each activity

TODAY YOU HAVE A CHOICE: WALK OR CROSS-TRAIN: As part of this training program we will suggest cross-training activities to improve your running without developing antagonistic muscles (i.e., muscles that oppose your running muscles). Ease into each new cross-training activity; introduce your muscles to it gradually. Start at an easy level and GRADUALLY, over the weeks, build up to 40-45 minutes.
