TODAY, CROSS-TRAIN OR RUN FOUR MILES AT AN EASY PACE: Keep writing in your logbook. Use it to note any irregular feelings; aches, pains, heart rate changes, etc. The more data you record, the better you can analyze the early warning signs of a problem, and possibly back off your training before developing a serious injury.
