Day 053 - Specificity

TODAY IS A REST DAY. A key physiological principle for endurance training is that of specificity. What it means is: Don't play tennis to train for a triathlon, which you've figured out by now. But specific also applies to terrain and equipment, meaning if you are planning a marathon on hilly terrain, you should train some on the hills, or at least a treadmill.
