LET'S END THE WEEK ON A CARDIO HIGH NOTE. Do your usual warm-up, then grab a JUMPROPE for an intense, sweaty, hot 10 minute workout. Then, move on down to the ELLIPTICAL TRAINER, for an exercise in smoothness. Spend 15 minutes gliding along: to elevate the difficulty level, try holding a set of light dumbbells while doing this. Finally, 20 minutes either walking or running on the TREADMILL: remember, you're crossing a grassy field towards your fantasy lover all the while (don't go to slow motion, however.) Cooldown for 5 min., and stretch.
