Day 033 - Return to the Womb

WU 5 min. Swim like the wind: 45-60 min. CD 5 min. & stretch        Training via ActiveMail

45-60 MINUTES OF SWIMMING. As previously mentioned, I just love a man in a Speedo: so let's bring it on back to the pool for a day. Breaststroke, Crawl, Back stroke, or Side stroke, (lots of stroking going on here): it doesn't really make a difference to me. Just perform for 45 minutes to an hour straight, keeping your breathing regular and your form perfect.
