WU 5 min. TREADMILL: 20 min. ROWER: 20 min. GAUNTLET: 20 min. CD 5 min & stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

BY NOW YOUR HEART SHOULD BE PUMPING MORE EFFICIENTLY, DELIVERING MUCH NEEDED BLOOD TO ALL OF YOUR VITAL ORGANS. Let's take this new body out for a test drive to make sure your horsepower is adequate for the task at hand. Warm up for 5 minutes, then run on the TREADMILL for 20 minutes. Use your favorite pin-up for inspiration if necessary. Then, spend 20 minutes of quality time with the ROWER, working that back. Finally, 20 minutes on the GAUNTLET or STAIRMASTER, guaranteeing a tight fit in those 501s. Close it out with a 5 minute cooldown, and stretch.
