Day 023 - Speedo-rama

WU 5 min. Swim: 30- 45 min. Stroke of personal preference. CD 5 min & stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

TIME TO HIT THE POOL AGAIN FOR SOME SERIOUS STROKING. I know the one thing that keeps me going back to the local swimming hole is the sight of glistening men in Speedos, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. The ladies aren't bad either; if you're not having the same experience where you live, try some rose-colored goggles: they've changed my life. Anyway, back to the task at hand. Swim for at least a half hour to forty-five minutes, any stroke or combination of strokes that you prefer.
