Day 020 - Tip # 5: Scientists agree: Losing weight = more sex.

TIP # 5: 50% OF TEST SUBJECTS COULDN'T BE WRONG (AND THEY CAN'T STOP GRINNING.) A Brown University study recently proved what I've always suspected: the more weight you lose through cardiovascular exercise, the more significant the sexual boost. Of the subjects who lost an average of 56 pounds, more than 50% claimed both more frequent and more enjoyable sex. I believe the explanation is threefold. 1) Your sex drive is higher due to what we discussed in Tip #4. 2) You feel better about yourself, hence, are more likely to remove clothing. 3) People find you more attractive, and thus, are more likely to engage in sexual activities with you. Basically, a win-win-win situation.
