Day 016 - Back to the Grind

WU 5 min. TREADMILL: 15 min. ROWER: 15 min. GAUNTLET: 15 min. CD 5 min & stretch.        Training via ActiveMail

YOUR HEART SHOULD BE FEELING STRONGER, WHICH NEVER HURTS IN THE GAME OF LOVE: CHALLENGE IT WITH 45 MINUTES OF CARDIO. Let's aim for that endorphin high again today. Warm up for 5 minutes, then run, rabbit, run on the TREADMILL for 15 minutes at high intensity (not so hard that you're panting, though; we'll save the panting for later.) Next, the ROWER, working that back for 15 minutes; feel it ripple. Finally, 15 minutes on the GAUNTLET or STAIRMASTER, further honing those glorious glutes (everyone appreciates a great ass.) Close it out with a 5 minute cooldown, and stretch.
