Day 043 - Steering the ship
Paddle: one hour, 10 min.

WARM UP and STRETCH
PADDLE: One hour, 10 minutes. Practice forward stroke, back paddling in the kayak. Decide who on your team will be in the double kayak and who will be in the single. The person in the single and in the back of the double will have to steer. Practice steering. The person in the front of the double will be the "motor." Don't try to steer from the front. Let the person in the back navigate and let go of control. Have fun!
