Day 036 - More practice with nutrition
WU + Stretch. Run/Walk: One hour, drinking regularly.

WARM UP and STRETCH
RUN/WALK: One hour. Wear a small pack and carry water and a couple hundred calories of food. Practice eating and drinking either from water bottles or drinking bladders. Sip water every 10 minutes and eat 100 calories every 20 minutes. Do this run all on trails. Fast hike at least 2 long climbs within the hour of 5 minutes each. Use upper body for power.
