Day 033 - Running hill repeats
WU + Stretch. Run 40 min. as 20 min. easy (PE 6) then 4 x 2 min. hills with easy jog recovery between each.

WARM UP and STRETCH
RUN: 40 minutes. 20 minutes easy jogging at PE 6. Four 2-minute hills focusing on your upper body at PE 8-9. Use your arm swing for power. Easy jog to the bottom for recovery between each hill. Complete the run at PE 6.
